QODA is an energetic consultancy led by highly experienced and talented engineers, working across mechanical, electrical and sustainable areas of building design, including Passivhaus.  QODA’s experienced team of engineering consultants specialises in bringing the human touch to building design across education, commercial, conservation, hotels, sport and leisure, residential, healthcare, and community sectors. 

History

Set up in 2011 by Nick Carter and Matt Tyrrell, QODA now has offices in Oxfordshire, London, Bristol and Norwich. 

QODA offers expert advice and design support to resolve development issues such as infrastructure planning, building design and refurbishment. 

Working as consultants on projects such as residential developments, hospitals, schools, Councils and Universities. Services include initial surveys, detailed analysis MEP design and modelling with specific expertise on Net Zero and Passivhaus projects. 

January 2022 saw the consolidation of QODA’s consultancy services, bringing together consultancies Enhabit and AHAF under the QODA name and in doing so strengthening QODA’s Zero Carbon team, and offering further expertise on large scale residential and commercial projects, from Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund projects to new build university buildings.
