At the beginning of November, we were delighted to see that THREE of our projects were successful at the Oxford Preservation Trust Awards.

– Olivier Hall & the Christie Centre, St Edward’s School

– Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology Roof Extension, Old Road Campus, Oxford

– St Luke’s Hospital Extension and Improvements, Headington

QODA worked with TSH Architects on the mixed-use development of Olivier Hall & the Christie Centre, St Edward’s School. The facilities comprised of a 1000 seat hall, library, link areas and teaching spaces.

QODA were the Passivhaus and Sustainability consultants for the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology rooftop extension for the University of Oxford, and led the development of an alternative façade strategy, working with Fathom Architects.

St Luke’s was founded as a Christian Charity in 1957 and moved to its present site in 1981. QODA worked with Oxford Architects to plan and implement the expansion and refurbishment of the hospital to provide much improved facilities with rehabilitation at its heart.
