Efficient Building Solutions (EBS) has appointed John Lucas as Transformation Director to harness the power of its people with digital information technology by developing the operations and performance of its three businesses Green Building Renewables, Green Building Store and QODA Consulting.   

John Lucas’s role at Efficient Building Solutions will enable the company to deliver the business outcomes, solutions and benefits it needs to achieve its ambition of leading the UK’s transformation to efficient, sustainable buildings. 

With over 20 years of experience in various roles, John has delivered digital transformation strategies and processes at several multinational organisations, working throughout Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Asia.   

On joining EBS, John Lucas said,

“The vision of EBS and its businesses is bold. Furthermore, its work and the solutions it provides its customers have never been more important. To offer its customers, clients and stakeholders the best outcomes, it must have the best digital strategies and tools. I am excited about helping to lead that transformation and working across all EBS companies to achieve their goals.”  

John is a founding board member of the Northern IT Leaders Group, a not-for-profit community for senior IT Leaders. The group shares knowledge and discusses challenges, issues, opportunities, products and partners in a closed forum with IT peers.
