Ashkan has been appointed as M&A Director to originate and finalise acquisitions. Ashkan is experienced in formulating group strategy, portfolio management of subsidiaries and executing any bolt-on acquisitions. He has conducted equity and debt fund raising across businesses, with the preparation and reconfiguration of group and subsidiary financial models including cash flow projections.
Other areas of work have included negotiating contracts and legal agreements and business development / sourcing acquisitions.
