Efficient Building Solutions has appointed a new People Director to lead the implementation of its Strategic People Plan, creating an industry leading performance management culture and driving the growth of its team across the business.

Jill Delaney’s role at Efficient Building Solutions will ensure investment in its people to add even more value to the products and services it delivers across its three businesses Green Building Renewables, Green Building Store and QODA consulting.

Jill, who brings more than 20 years of People development experience and has worked in leadership roles within multiple industries including building materials, construction, healthcare, and retail commented:

“I am looking forward to working with this talented team, during this exciting period of growth, to embed the People Plan that will underpin EBS’s wider vision and business strategy.
